You can create an account by logging with your email id and password to register on the CB Store. View your orders,
history of purchases. By registering with us you can also track your orders.
- Is it necessary to have a CB store account to shop?
You can shop as a guest as well. But by registering with us you can instantly view your orders, purchase history and
also track your orders.
- How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). Teamcbcb will
send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your order/account.
The next day of your order, your account on CB Store will be updated with a unique “Tracking ID”. To your left at the
bottom, below My account, you can click on "Track my order". Login with your registered email id and password and
your account will display a unique Tracking ID for your reference with our courier partner’s website link. You can
visit their website which will list of the item/s you have ordered and may be an expected time of delivery.
Pricing & Payments:
- Why are there varying prices for additional books purchased?
As additional books are purchased, it’s packaging & weight change in turn increasing costs for shipping and therefore the
additional price as mentioned while you proceed to checkout are charged for each additional book ordered.
- Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on CB Store (Octroi,Sales Tax)?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with CB store. We mention the price including
shipping charges, additional books order charges during your purchase.
- How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard and AmEx & cards – Payments are supported by our payment gateway partners.
For International users payments are supported through Paypal. Indian customers can utilize Net banking, Credit cards, Debit cards
through CC Avenue.
Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value –
found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private.

- How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed
with CB Store.
To your left at the bottom, below My account, click on "Track my order". After you register with CB Store, you can login
with your registered email id and password. It will provide you details of our courier partner’s website, you can click on
the link. We will also provide you a Tracking Id, which you can type and check the status of your order/s.
